What do we do?
We are professionally trained to listen to you, support you as you clarify what you want, encourage you to see different perspectives, set compelling goals and chart a path to achieve them. We ask you provocative questions that create a dynamic conversation, engage you in exercises, provide feedback and frameworks to enhance your development. We support you throughout your process.
How long does a typical engagement last?
Transitions are a process. Some researchers posit that personal transformation does not occur in less than 4 months; in general, not before 6 months. Engagements last as long as the client believes the support is beneficial.
What is my commitment?
You commit to monthly work but you determine when it is best to end the work. We schedule sessions that are mutually convenient.
How often will we meet?
You will be able to meet up to 5 hours per month. For most new clients, we recommend once per 7–10 days.
What is the process?
Although everyone receives customized support, we follow this basic process:
- Goal - identify your goal.
- Plan - design an action plan.
- Action - You take action, and practice getting results that you want.
- Feedback - In order to learn from your practice, you reflect on your actions and the outcomes. You get honest, caring feedback to inform your thinking.
These four steps are iterative and continue until your goals are achieved.
